Ange Cliffe - proprietor of Authenticake is nationally renowned as one of the UK's leading cake designers. She regular exhibits and demonstrates at many of the UK's major cake and sugarcraft events, such as "Squires Kitchen's" national sugarcraft exhibition, "The Cake and Bake Show" and "BBC Good Food Show." Ange also teaches and runs private workshops in addition to writing tutorials published in magazine such as "Cake Masters."
Authenticake's Ange Cliffe is proud to boast over 20 years experience and is at the forefront of innovative cake design. The business, running since 2004, has always prided itself on "having that extra personal touch" and "attention to detail" when it comes to wedding cake design. We are conveniently situated to hold consultations to provide wedding cakes to The Midlands, North West and North Wales.
