About the Business

Quite often wedding cakes can be dry as they need to be sturdy enough to support upper tiers and may have been made well in advance. After all beauty is in the eye of the beholder and the mouth of the taster.

I am a extremely passionate cook who has appeared on BBC 2's Masterchef 2008. Every cake that I make is made with love and out of gluttony, hence always striving for the moistest, richest and most decadent of cakes.

All the cakes that I make are made using the finest ingredients including free range eggs, unrefined sugar and begian chocolate. The cakes can be made organically using my own marzipan and sugar paste recipes. All sponge cakes made to order and fruit cakes matured for 3 months.
