About the Business
Jill is a qualified Food Technology teacher. She has recently left the teaching profession to concentrate on her already established wedding stationery and wedding cake business. She also now runs cookery classes from her own home in Lytham St Annes. Jill is fully insured, holds a Food Hygiene Certificate and has been awarded a 5 star Food Hygiene Rating by the Food Standard Agency.
