About the Business
In 2007, Managing Director Kate Allen went to her local bridal store in Banbury to find some wedding shoes. Whilst there she got chatting to the owner who was retiring from the wedding business and, 6 weeks later, Kate started trading in that very same shop under her future married name 'Katherine Allen'. As a bride-to-be Kate felt there was a lot missing from her bridal experience. From disinterested sales staff to shabby shops and dirty dresses, there was little to inspire an excited bride. She set out to deliver a unique buying experience, which remains the ethos of the Katherine Allen team. Despite having two small boys to look after Kate still manages the shop with the help of her extremely dedicated and talented team.
Lauren is the Sales Manager who runs the shop on a day to day basis, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered in a relaxed yet professional environment.
Jane is the General Manager who also assists Lauren with sales and is on hand to provide sensible advice.
