About the Business
Whilst teaching ceramics, the reputation about her hobby, cake decorating, started to spread, and this lead to her starting her own business. Starting out with a grant from the Princes Youth Business Trust, she has now been making cakes since 1985. Over the years she has accomplished much, including gaining two City & Guilds in sugar craft, as well as winning a Bronze and a Gold medal in the prestigious ‘Scot Hot' event.
Patricia originally trained as a commercial artist, graphic designer and illustrator.
