Partini balloons is based in Cornwall but we will cover the whole of the southwest and even the UK for any of your balloon decor needs. We are very passionate about what we do and this passion is the same throughout the Partini team. We love balloons and the 'WOW' factor that our magical designs can create. Our aims are to make you happy, to provide a very personal service and to use top quality products.
We are very proud of our service levels which include a no obligation, free planning and on site meeting at your venue, as well as being there for you from the first contact right up to the special day.
