About the Business
Hello! My name is Pedro Portela. I am a professional photographer. I live and work from Surrey, in England.
A few lives ago, I used to work as a legal advisor for 7+ years for the banking industry. Did a degree in law and a masters degree in law & business - I really like the stuff.
However, photography had been a passion of mine since before law school. And like all passions, they grow big and impatient. So, I ended up becoming a full time photographer. I do mostly weddings, I alson embrace specific commercial projects of photography and video.
Today I am a full time photographer and a proud member member of the SWPP (Society for Wedding and Portrait Photographers) and fully insured with professional indemnity and public liability.
I live in Addlestone (in between Weybridge and Chertsey; about 12 miles south of Heathrow Airport) with my wife Joana (that's us, during a wedding). You're be likely to see Joana assisting me in most weddings. She's a graphic designer by heart and also responsible for designing your beautiful albums.
