The Scottish Wedding Network was formed in 2012 by Mark Cameron & Chris McGowan as a way of bringing local wedding businesses together. After attending numerous wedding shows, meeting other wedding businesses and making some friends along the way, Mark & Chris decided it would be good to have a place where everyone could meet to discuss wedding business throughout the year, and not just for 5 minutes after a wedding show. Somewhere that everyone could talk about current trends, and swap tips on how to serve the wedding industry better in the local area. Scotland is famed for having some of the most stunning wedding venues in the world. It's a testament to these places that there is such a thriving wedding market.
