Congratulations on your engagement and forthcoming wedding and welcome to Truly Madly Deeply! We are delighted you have found us and can't wait to meet you! Buying your wedding gown is one of the most exciting parts of planning your wedding and here at Truly Madly Deeply, we are as passionate about it as you are. We are proud to say our customer service is first rate and we understand that bridal shops can be intimidating places so we bend over backwards to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. We are utterly dedicated to high standards of customer service, so although you are welcome to come in at any time without an appointment, we do recommend that you ring ahead and book in with us, especially for Saturdays as we can book up 2-3 weeks ahead. This way, we can focus on you entirely. We usually start off with a consultation to find out your likes, dislikes, ideas you may have, choice of venue, and type of wedding, so that we get a feel for what you have in mind.
